Sahn (Korean word for Mountain) Taekwondo was founded in 1994 in Summit County, operating several days a week out of the Breckenridge and Silverthorne recreation centers. It has grown to include Leadville and Carbondale.
Students learn the basic techniques of self-defense while improving balance, strength, coordination and flexibility.
